I just read an article in the New York Times which was really interesting. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/02/09/us/09peanuts.html I teach a foods class in the high school and I am always trying to impress upon the students about safety in temperatures, safety in avoiding cross contamination. This article is truly worth reading on how many errors were made that created 8 deaths and 19,00 people sick from this oversight.
